Terms and Conditions
REGISTRATION
All buyers must be registered before placing bids or purchasing vehicles. Your registration application will be reviewed by our management team prior to accepting bids. Once accepted you may bid anytime 24/7. Registration fees may apply.
INVENTORY POSTING
All cars will be posted no later than 5pm Monday of the bidding week. Any late vehicle additions to the sale will be announced to all members via text. Listings will include picture, VIN#, stk#, mileage, transmission, reserve price, expiration date and relevant features and disclosures.
SALES
All sales are final.We strongly recommend viewing the vehicle prior to bid/purchase. Upon submitting your registered bid, you agree to purchase the vehicle as-is at the time of your sent bid and acknowledge you have viewed, inspected and driven the vehicle OR are waiving your right to do so and are purchasing the vehicle sight unseen.
Automondial (o/a Bytek Auto Inc), Its employees, its affiliate, its selling agents shall not be liable for any errors, description or condition of the vehicle.
TIME EXTENSION
If a bid is received within 5 minutes or less of the expiration time, the bidding will be extended by an extra 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed.
PICKUP
Vehicles may be picked up after 11am on the next business day following the auction close (mon-fri, no Saturday pickup)
VEHICLE INFO
We will make the maximum effort to provide you with all relevant info, features, disclosures and buying information. Any specific information can be provided to the best of our ability prior to bidding. Carproof reports may be provided on vehicles at no charge. All our vehicles are listed and sold as-is. We are not responsible for lost or missing equipment.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes will be reviewed by our management team with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and considerations to all parties. We will ensure all voices are heard and a prompt effective decision will be made respecting your valued patronage.
